Delivery Information
Courier service for purchases made on our website is provided to all cities of Turkey by Aras Kargo which we have contracted.
The courier company delivers the products you purchase to the address you indicated. In the case that you are not at the indicated address, a note is left stating that you can get your package from the nearest branch. If you go to the branch and do not receive your package within three days, your package will be returned to us.
In villages and towns where courier companies cannot deliver to the address, the order is sent to the closest courier branch to the address of the recipient as "Phone Callable". When the order arrives at the courier branch, the Costumer is called by phone and informed. Except for villages and towns that cannot be delivered to the address, courier companies ensure that only packages under a certain volume are delivered to the islands.
Order Follow-Up
Within 24 hours of your order date, your order will be sent by courier. When the products are delivered to the courier company, notifying is provided by Magnet Market via e-mail.
Important Information
It is very important that you check your courier while receiving it. When you detect an abnormal situation such as damage, smash, tearing, wetness outside the packages, you should not receive the products and keep a report to the courier officer. In this way, your problem with your courier will be resolved in a short time. In the case that the invoice for your order has not been delivered by the shipping authority, you should make a report to the courier officer and contact our company.
Notifications of missing / damage or delivery without invoice may be rejected after you receive your package, depending on the review because there is no record. Exchanges and returns cannot be made in accordance with the VAT General Communiqué No. 54, without submitting the original receipt / invoice.
